If your order has not yet been processed for dispatch, we will do our best to accommodate the change. However, once the order is prepared or shipped, modifications may no longer be possible. Yes, we proudly ship Envision Screens products worldwide. For customers within the United States, shipping is complimentary as part of our commitment to providing a seamless luxury experience. For international orders, an additional shipping fee will apply and be calculated at checkout based on the destination. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the location and customs processing. Any applicable duties or taxes imposed by your country will be the responsibility of the recipient. For in-stock items, it typically takes 1-2 business days to process your order before shipment. U.S. customers can expect delivery within 3-5 business days after processing, while international orders generally arrive within 7-14 business days.
For pre-order products, please note that shipping will commence after the official release date, which will be clearly indicated on the product page and in your order confirmation. Once your pre-order ships, you will receive tracking information to monitor its progress. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship them separately to ensure you receive the available products promptly. At Envision Screens, we take pride in offering premium-quality accessories. Due to the nature of our screen protectors, we maintain the following return policy to ensure fairness and product integrity:
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the screen protector has not been applied.
- Once the screen protector has been installed, we are unable to accept returns under any circumstance.
- To initiate a return, the screen protector must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
We recommend carefully aligning the screen before application to ensure satisfaction. If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll be happy to assist.
